Athletic History: I wasn’t an “athletic” kid. I was usually chasing butterflies in the outfield at little league and was more excited for a banana sno-cone than our games. By high school I won every match in my tennis team try out but still didn’t make the team because the coach said I couldn’t keep up with the conditioning. So, it wasn’t that long ago that I walked into my first functional fitness gym and picked up a barbell for the first time. I kept coming back because I felt encouraged and supported, and my coaches were there to ensure I moved with integrity. My hour at the gym would become my favorite hour of the day, and this community is my team.

Coaching Background: I've been coaching CrossFit since 2023 and previously taught yoga after completing my 300-ryt in 2019, with a focus in yin/nidra. As a coach, I aim to guide athletes to feel embodied and move with intention; giving you the ability to listen and learn what works and doesn't work for your body. Some days we’re chasing a PR, and other days we’re just showing up to clear our minds. Whatever brings you into the gym that day, I hope to provide space and guidance to move on purpose and achieve your goals.
